John Chayka
Chief Executive Officer
John Chayka is the Chief Executive Officer of JKC Capital. Prior to joining JKC, John was the President of Hockey Operations for the Arizona Coyotes and Alternate Governor of the National Hockey League (NHL). John was named the youngest General Manager in NHL history in 2016. Prior to his time in the NHL, he founded Stathletes Inc. Stathletes was a first-of- its-kind, data and analytics company that specialized in hockey. John currently serves on the board of Wendy’s Canada, as well as the advisory board of Sportsology Capital.
John graduated on the Dean’s List with his HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 2014.

Kathryn Chayka
Chief Operating Officer
Kathryn Chayka is the Chief Operating Officer of JKC Capital and Chief Executive Officer of JKC Restaurants. Kathryn is the recipient of the 2018 Jim Near Legacy Award for her achievements attracting and retaining the best people leading to significant sales and transactions growth. Prior to JKC, Kathryn worked alongside Kelsey Ramsden, who was named Canada’s #1 Female Entrepreneur. Kathryn serves as an advisor on many Wendy’s committees including the Global Next Gen Kitchen design and QSCC’s Equipment Committee.

Radu Bolohan
Chief Investment Officer
Radu is the Chief Investment Officer of JKC Capital. Prior to joining JKC in 2020, Radu worked at RBC Capital Markets and ran an investment fund for several private clients.
Radu graduated with his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 2011.
